Predator Leisure Company Certification

Predator Leisure Company strives to lead the industry in sustainable tourism and environmental management as well as raising awareness of the local culture and communities. Predator Leisure Company (PLC) abides by the criteria set out by the “Sustainable Tourism Stewardship Council,” (STSC) an international body being formulated under the guidance of critical bodies such as “United Nations Environmental Program” (UNEP),”The United Nations World Tourism Organizations” (UNWTO) and “The International Ecotourism Society” (TIES) amongst others to ensure that all stakeholders act responsibly across the full spectrum of business within the tourism industry.

PLC has been certified by “Green Wilderness”, one of only two companies in Southern Africa who have taken on the challenge of certifying products across the wilderness industry. Both Green Wilderness and its colleague, Fair Trade in Tourism in Southern Africa (FTTSA) fall under the STSC umbrella, working closely with the international body as we strive to uphold and ensure relevance of these expectations and criteria in Southern Africa This implies that PLC has a responsibility to the international tourism community who look to credible eco labels for guidance and integrity.
